The honest details
Pay is discussed on the first call and paid monthly in INR by bank transfer on a written contract. Engineering roles include a night-shift allowance.
Engineering roles work the US Eastern day: roughly 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST, Monday to Friday. It is a night shift, and we say so upfront. Creative Labs hours are agreed per role.
Fully remote, on your own laptop.
You work directly with the US client's team, in their Slack and standups. One of the founders reviews your work and is there when you get stuck.
We pay for a Claude subscription, Google Workspace and Slack. You're expected to use AI tools well, not avoid them.
Code review on everything, weekly client demos, real production work for US companies. Strong engineers lead their own client accounts.

No. We're a small consultancy run by working engineers. We don't bench people or rotate them between clients every month.
Yes. You're part of the client's team day to day. That's why US-hours overlap matters.
You stay on payroll and move to the next client. Your contract is with Action Labs, not the client.
