Terms of Service.

1. Services

Action Labs provides software engineering and creative services under individually executed Master Service Agreements (MSA) and Statements of Work (SOW). This website is informational; no engagement exists until an SOW is signed by both parties.

2. Intellectual property

Unless an SOW states otherwise, all work product created for a client assigns to that client upon full payment of the applicable invoices.

3. AI-assisted delivery

Action Labs uses AI development tools (including Anthropic Claude) as part of its standard delivery process. Client-specific restrictions on AI tooling can be agreed per SOW.

4. Warranties and liability

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Action Labs' aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid under the applicable SOW.
